From large-scale Chinese projects to be accomplished in a very short time and with minimum cost to the micro-scale of small Italian apartments where every cm and detail defines the final project.

We are in #Milan, on the third floor of a building in the Navigli area, one of the coolest districts of the city.

#Fineform studio in collaboration with #Casaoo ( an expert real estate management agency) renovates a 65 m2 apartment intended for short-term rentals.

The redefinition of the interior spaces has allowed us to create an open area at the entrance capable of connecting the kitchen with the living room. The only bedroom/studio and the bathroom are located after a small filter corridor that separates the two main area of the apartment.

For the choice of materials, we used herringbone wooden floor on the ground and a spatula-effect painting for the walls. Furniture selection, we choose moslty #IKEA .
